Job Description
As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for the innovation and overall direction of your assigned product area. This will include researching our customers’ needs and retail market opportunities. Internally, you will serve as the product expert by working with multiple teams, including design, marketing, and sales to define product requirements, functionality, and branding. The role will require understanding and communicating the value of Reynolds products to internal teams, manufacturers, and customers. Requirements
- Knowledge of Dealership Accounting and/or Payroll a plus
- Knowledge of Reynolds DMS platform a plus
- Knowledge of Automotive Retailing and computer industries preferred
- Travel: Typically a week to a few weeks of travel per quarter (not gone generally for a full week at a time, just several days at a time per quarter that may amount to a couple weeks)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a technical field) or equivalent experience
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
- Interested in full product management cycle from ideation to market release
- Willingness to be proactive and solicit input from customers
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
