Trump International Golf Club Dubai is looking for a Pro Shop Attendant to join our team.
Job Purpose
As a Pro Shop Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, delivering a warm welcome and exceptional service. You will provide expert product knowledge, support retail sales, and contribute to creating a memorable golfing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service throughout the member and guest golf journey, including bag drop, staging area, driving range, starter, and marshal support.
- Process green fees, retail purchases, and member/guest billing using the POS system.
- Reconcile daily tee sheets, perform check-ins, collect payments, and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Promote golf activities, events, and club services.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked Pro Shop, assisting with merchandising, pricing, and product displays.
- Follow opening and closing procedures and maintain safe working practices.
- Respond to telephone enquiries, assist with tee time bookings, and provide information on course conditions, handicapping, and golf operations.
- Maintain daily player and cart records and participate in ongoing product knowledge training.
Qualifications & Experience
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Friendly, professional, and confident communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Reliable with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Previous customer service experience (6–12 months), ideally within golf, hospitality, or leisure, is preferred but not essential.
