Swim Instructor Responsibilities
- Conduct private (1‑to‑1) and small group swim lessons.
- Schedule lessons with flexibility to fit instructor and client availability.
- Travel safely to and from clients’ pool locations.
- Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
- Assess student skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons to meet student and client needs.
- Provide a fun, engaging, and fully tracked learning experience.
- Ensure the safety of the student at all times.

- Begin teaching within 24‑48 hours after completing onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Reliable transportation.
- Possession of swim instruction equipment if needed.
- Must be based in the United States and have U.S. work authorization.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
- Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
- Clear a background check.
Compensation
- Earn $40‑$70 per 1‑hour lesson.
