Private Soccer Trainer (Current or Former High-Level Players Only- Frisco/North Dallas) Jobs in Frisco at Y29 Formation
Y29 Formation is seeking current or former high-level soccer players (MLS Next, Academy, NCAA Division 1, semi-professional, professional, or European playing experience preferred) to work as private trainers with youth athletes in the Frisco / North Dallas area.
Trainers lead 1-on-1 and small group sessions focused on technical development, confidence, and game understanding.
This is not an entry-level coaching role — strong playing experience is required.
Soccer playing experience is the most important factor for this role. We are looking for trainers who have competed at a high level and can translate that experience into player development.
Y29 Formation was founded by a former professional player with experience in Europe (Portugal, Spain, Denmark, and France), and our goal is to provide serious players with access to high-level training.
Ideal candidates have experience at one or more of the following levels:
- MLS Next / Academy
- NCAA Division 1
- Semi-professional, professional, or European club experience
- Field players preferred
Strong NCAA Division 2 or high-level club experience will be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Lead private and small group training sessions
- Communicate effectively with players and parents
- Represent Y29 Formation with professionalism
Requirements:
- Competitive soccer playing background (required)
- Ability to confidently lead training sessions
- Comfortable communicating in English
- Reliable transportation to Frisco / North Dallas areas
Additional Details:
- Training sessions take place across Frisco, Plano, and North Dallas
- Flexible scheduling based on trainer availability and client demand
- Pay is based on experience and level of play, with higher rates available for high-level players
Pay: $25.00 – $45.00 per hour
