We are seeking a dynamic and talented PrEditor – Producer/Editor to join our creative team! This position is for a live sports broadcast company, so quick turnaround is something that is an important part of this position.
Duties
- Lead the production process from conceptualization through final editing, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality videos and visual content
- Shoot on location or in studio settings, capturing footage that aligns with project goals and creative vision
- Edit video content using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro, incorporating motion graphics with Adobe After Effects
- Enhance visual storytelling through color correction and photo editing using Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
- Manage post-production workflows including sound editing, visual effects, and graphic overlays to produce polished final products
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop storyboards, shot lists, and production schedules that meet project objectives
- Maintain organized media libraries and ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and technical specifications
Skills
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects
- Strong skills in photography and videography, including understanding cinematography techniques and camera operation
- Experience with post-production processes including color grading, sound editing, and visual effects
- Knowledge of graphic design principles using Adobe Creative Suite tools (InDesign, Illustrator)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
