Our Lil’ Ninjas program for ages 3-5 is looking for a Manager who can lead, grow, play, and create an environment for kids to gain strength inside and out. We love seeing kids gain confidence on and off our course, and we invite you to be a part of it!
We’re looking for someone who is highly motivated, outgoing, and energetic to join our Ultimate Ninjas team. We’re also looking for:
- Experience working with young children or preschoolers
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to manage others as the team grows
- Entreprenurial spirit! A key part of your role will be to help grow attendance. Your bonus will be directly tied to this performance.
- This is a physically active role. Must be comfortable demonstrating beginner skills (we will teach you!)
- Teaching/Coaching experience a big plus!
- Any Ninja related experience a huge plus! (rock climbing, gymnastics, parkour, etc)
- Requires weekday evening and weekend morning availability
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
