Overview
As ONE continues expanding its footprint in Japan, we're now looking for a PR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment, managing a variety of responsibilities that would directly contribute to the growth of the Japan business.
業務内容 Responsibilities
- 格闘技・スポーツエンターテインメントの視点を活かした、ターゲット別のメディアアプローチの企画・実行
- PRおよびマーケティング関連イベント、各種施策の企画・運営
- スポーツ、ライフスタイル、ビジネス領域のメディアとの関係構築・維持
- コミュニケーション施策における社内外関係者との連携
- PR／マーケティング施策ごとのPRプラン作成、露出機会・マーケティング機会の検討
- メディアやパートナーとの連携を通じた、ブランド認知向上に向けたPR・マーケティング施策の企画・実行
- メディア向けの企画立案、ピッチ資料、取材用資料、Q&Aなどの作成サポート
- ニュースや市場動向の把握、話題化につながるトレンドやコンテンツ機会の発掘
- SNS・デジタルチャネル向けコンテンツの企画・制作サポート。簡単な動画編集や投稿作業を含む
- 各プロジェクトの進行管理、締切管理
- 選手アクティベーション、パートナーシップ機会、インタビュー依頼、翻訳サポートなどに関するグローバルチームとの連携
- 各PRプロジェクトおよび月次メディア露出に関するレポート作成
- Build and maintain relationships with media across sports, lifestyle, and business sectors
- Develop and execute media approaches tailored to different target audiences, leveraging perspectives from martial arts and combat sports
- Plan and execute PR and marketing events and activities
- Coordinate with relevant teams on various communication initiatives
- Design PR plans and identify marketing opportunities for each PR/marketing activity
- Develop and execute PR and marketing-driven campaigns to increase brand awareness through media and partners
- Create compelling media pitching angles and support the development of pitches, media briefings, Q&As, and related materials
- Stay informed about breaking news, identify trends, and spot content opportunities
- Support planning and creation of content for social and digital channels, including basic video editing and content publishing
- Manage projects by setting priorities and maintaining deadlines
- Coordinate with global teams on various initiatives (e.g., athlete activations, partnership opportunities, interview requests, translation support, etc.)
- Prepare reports for each PR project and monthly media coverage
応募要件 Requirements
- PR、広報、コミュニケーション領域で3年以上の実務経験がある方
- 英語でグローバルチームとやり取りできる方
- 社内外の関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションが取れる方
- スピード感のある環境でも、正確に業務を進められる方
- 複数の部署や関係者と連携しながら、物事を前に進められる方
- イベントスケジュールに応じて、夜間・週末の対応が可能な方
- 日本での就労資格をお持ちの方
- At least 3 years of experience in PR or corporate communications
- Working proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate with global teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
- Flexibility to work an event-based schedule, including nights and weekends
