As we continue to expand, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Player Development Manager.
Role Description
The NPA Player Development Manager will play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with players across 3 NSL/ NXT Gen clubs, Birmingham Panthers, Lexis Nexis Dragons and Team Bath, delivering engaging development programme workshops, and supporting player care and welfare initiatives.
To undertake the role in the hours available the role holder will need to be based with easy access to the clubs in Cardiff, Birmingham and Bath.
This role combines direct player engagement, workshop facilitation and delivery, and a strong understanding of player welfare and support systems.

- A strong enthusiasm for supporting athletes in their growth and development both within and beyond their sports careers.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals, including athletes, coaches, and organisational leadership.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Knowledge of the netball landscape in the UK
Desirable Experience
- Experience of working in the netball landscape in the UK.
- Experience working with professional athletes or in a sports association.
- Familiarity with safeguarding and data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR).
