Cave Pilates is looking for energetic, motivated, and community-driven instructors to join our team. Cave is a modern Pilates studio focused on strength, endurance, women’s wellness, and creating an elevated fitness experience through intentional movement and community.
We utilize the Megacore reformer and will be training and certifying instructors in-house to learn the exclusive Cave Method.
Previous Pilates or Lagree-style experience is encouraged, but not required. However, applicants must have some background in group fitness, coaching, dance, athletics, personal training, or movement instruction.

- Are comfortable multitasking while instructing
- Have a sharp eye for form correction and injury prevention

- Are coachable, eager to learn, and open to feedback
- Create a welcoming, encouraging, and inclusive environment for clients of all fitness levels
Responsibilities
- Lead high-energy modern Pilates classes
- Demonstrate exercises and provide hands-on form correction
- Ensure client safety and proper machine usage
- Create a motivating and positive studio atmosphere
- Build relationships with clients and contribute to community growth
- Arrive prepared, professional, and ready to lead
- Maintain studio cleanliness and organization before and after classes
Qualifications
- Group fitness instruction experience required
- Pilates, Lagree, Megaformer, reformer, dance, barre, yoga, or athletic coaching experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to command a room with confidence and professionalism
- Passion for health, movement, and personal growth
