Overview
Level Up Pilates is a new Pilates Studio in Longwood – We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Pilates Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of body mechanics, anatomy, and physiology, and will be dedicated to educating clients on the benefits of Pilates. As a key member of our studio, you will help clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized instruction in a supportive and motivating environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and effective Pilates classes for individuals and groups, ensuring proper technique and safety.
- Educate clients on the principles of Pilates, including body alignment, core strength, and flexibility.
- Develop customized workout plans tailored to the needs and goals of each client.
- Monitor client progress and provide feedback to help them improve their performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio space, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
- Foster a positive community atmosphere by encouraging client interaction and support.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in fitness, Pilates techniques, and health education.
Requirements
- Certification as a Pilates Instructor from a recognized organization is required.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, body mechanics, and exercise science.
- Experience in health club settings or sports coaching is preferred.
- Ability to educate clients effectively while demonstrating patience and encouragement.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate clients of all skill levels.
- Passion for promoting health and wellness within the community.
