Join a collaborative team as a Physiotherapist focusing on return-to-work (RTW) planning.
Your role will include supervising exercise programs, conducting functional assessments, liaising with healthcare professionals, and ensuring client safety. In this hands-on position, you will enhance the quality of life for clients and support their reintegration into the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise exercise and work simulation programs
• Develop Gradual Return to Work plans
• Conduct on-site Job Site Visits for assessment
• Maintain gym equipment in collaboration with management
• Communicate effectively with referral sources for appointments
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience as Kinesiologist, Physiotherapist, or Occupational Therapist
• Registered with BCAK or CHCPBC
• Strong problem-solving skills in rehabilitation
• Experience with concussion management
• Must be able to travel within the Lower Mainland
