At our Tucson clinic, you’ll practice in a setting where clinical decision-making stays in the hands of the therapist, supported by on-site collaboration with a sports medicine physician and access to diagnostic ultrasound. This is what practicing at the top of your license actually looks like.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage day-to-day clinic operations
- Set the standard for patient care and clinical excellence
- Coach and mentor physical therapists to grow clinically and professionally
- Ensure consistent execution of Modern Sports Medicine’s care model
- Collaborate with an on-site sports medicine physician for integrated MSK care
- Drive a culture of accountability, learning, and patient-first outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT or equivalent)
- Proven leadership or readiness to step into a leadership role
- Strong clinical reasoning and commitment to evidence-based practice
- Passion for mentoring and developing other clinicians
- Alignment with a PT-led, MSK-first model of care

Pay: $110,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
