Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Physical Therapy Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate is a caring individual with strong communication skills who enjoys working in a healthcare environment and helping patients on their journey to recovery.
Responsibilities:
- Assist physical therapists with patient care under supervision
- Prepare treatment areas and maintain a clean, safe clinic environment
- Guide patients through exercise programs as directed by the therapist
- Set up and clean equipment before and after use
- Perform administrative duties such as scheduling and documentation support
- Greet patients, answer questions, and provide a welcoming environment
- Support the clinical team with any other tasks to ensure efficient daily operations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Prior experience in a physical therapy, fitness, or healthcare setting (preferred but not required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
- Organized, dependable, and compassionate
- Basic computer skills
