Position Summary
As a Physical Therapy Aide at Family Rehab Care, you will play an essential role in supporting our therapists and ensuring our patients receive an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors. You will assist with clinic operations, prepare treatment areas, support patient care activities, and contribute to the welcoming atmosphere that sets our practice apart.

Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment is clean, organized, and ready for patient care.
- Assist therapists with patient flow and clinic operations throughout the day.
- Support patients with basic exercises and mobility activities under the direction of licensed physical therapists and physical therapist assistants.
- Set up therapy equipment and treatment modalities as directed by clinical staff.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment.
- Stock supplies and ensure therapy areas remain organized and efficient.
- Assist with patient check-in, scheduling support, and general customer service when needed.
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for every patient.
- Follow all clinic policies, safety procedures, and HIPAA regulations.
- Contribute to a positive team culture focused on excellent patient outcomes and service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Interest in physical therapy, healthcare, exercise science, kinesiology, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist patients throughout the workday.
- Previous healthcare or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- CPR certification is preferred; training may be provided.

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
