Physical Therapy Aide – Sports & Orthopedic Care | East Bay Area
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Physical Therapy Aide to join our outpatient sports and orthopedic rehabilitation team in the East Bay area. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a future career in Physical Therapy and gaining hands-on experience in a clinical sports medicine environment.
This role offers exposure to patient care, rehabilitation techniques, and clinic operations in a supportive and learning-focused setting.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in physical therapy (DPT pathway preferred)
- Experience in exercise, sports, fitness, or healthcare is a plus
- Strong communication and patient service skills
Key Responsibilities
- Assist physical therapists with patient care activities
- Support patients during therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs
- Help set up and prepare treatment modalities (e.g., electrical stimulation, traction equipment)
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment
- Provide excellent patient experience and support clinic flow
- Assist administrative and clinical leadership staff as needed
- Occasional physical activity, including lifting and moving equipment
Schedule
- Full-time position
- 8-hour shifts
- Day shifts, Monday through Friday
