This is more than a traditional PT role. Our therapists are integrated into the orthopedic care team and work closely with surgeons, physician assistants, athletic trainers, and support staff to create exceptional outcomes and an outstanding patient experience.

What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat orthopedic and post-operative patients
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes
- Collaborate closely with surgeons and APPs regarding patient progress
- Educate patients and families on recovery and injury prevention
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Help create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Oregon (or eligible)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Passion for orthopedic and sports rehabilitation
- Desire to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- New graduates with strong orthopedic interest are welcome to apply
