Physical Therapist, Outpatient Clinic, Massachusetts 115K plus sign on or relocation.
Outpatient clinic treating all ages in both orthopedic, post & pre surgical conditions offers one to one treatment. Clinic offers an excellent patient case load with flexible day schedule (4/10’s, 4/9’s or 5/8’s ). PT performs clinical evaluations treating back neck, hip, knee, ankle and shoulder. Leadership is supportive by offering a balanced clinic space with time for documentation, lunch and flex schedule. NO weekends.
Privately owned clinic has an excellent reputation with a staff of 45 consisting of Physical Therapists, PT Assistants, Rehab Aids, front / back office and management. Great environment for a provider who enjoys collaborating with peers. Leadership offers quarterly events for staff to enjoy and team build. Great work space!
Requires licensed DPT in the state of MA upon start date. Sports Medicine experience or Ortho Clinical Specialist (OCS) preferred. Minimum of 2 years related experience preferred but not required. Will consider a new graduate seeking mentorship program. Ability to demonstrate volume of patients, multitask with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation base of up to 115K depending on years of experience. Annual bonus in November (one weeks salary) with sign on or relocation bonus.
