Marshfield Physical Therapy, part of MK Rehabilitation, has proudly provided exceptional outpatient physical therapy care since 2003. We’re known for delivering efficient, friendly, and professional treatment in a positive and supportive environment, serving a diverse patient population from adolescents to geriatrics.
We’ve recently moved into a brand new clinic! After outgrowing our previous location, we are now in a beautiful 2,500-square-foot facility with all-new equipment, conveniently located next to Star Market. We’re excited to welcome a new Physical Therapist to our growing team.
Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, one-on-one care in a relaxed but clinically engaging outpatient setting.
You will play a key role in helping patients achieve their highest functional level through individualized treatment plans and evidence-based rehabilitation strategies.

Our patient population includes general orthopedics, geriatrics, adolescents, post-surgical rehab, spine conditions (operative and non-operative), and sports medicine.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
- Provide hands-on treatment and exercise-based rehabilitation
- Track patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with clinical staff to provide well-rounded patient care
- Promote patient education and functional independence
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- MA Physical Therapy License (or evidence of submission of a complete and accepted application for licensure by examination)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with patients and work in a collaborative environment
- Ability to handle physical demands of outpatient treatment
- Experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time: 40 hours/week
- No weekends or holidays
- Half-day Fridays
- Outpatient orthopedic clinic setting
