About us:
Peninsula Orthopedic Associates Physical Therapy (POA PT) is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time outpatient position in an orthopedic/sports medicine group.
Clinicians with 2+ years of experience in an outpatient, orthopedic setting are preferred, however new graduates are encouraged and welcome to apply! We promote a team approach and offer the opportunity to collaborate with a team of physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners.
POA PT is a state-of-the-art facility, staffed with Physical Therapists, Physical Therapy Assistants and PT aides. We emphasize an exercise-based and functional movement approach. Our therapists specialize in sport-specific training, gait/ running assessments, manual therapy, injury prevention, and ergonomics. POA Physical Therapy is an upbeat working environment that offers a balanced therapist-to-patient ratio. Job Type: Full-time/ four 10s/flexible schedule: Monday – Friday/ Times TBD
Pay Range: $92,000 – $115,000 salary based on experience

Licensed Physical Therapist Duties:
- Perform Evaluations and create treatment plans
- Perform objective measurements, including but not limited to isometric and functional testing
- Document and progress patients according to clinical protocols
- Supervision of patients in conditioning program via ATC, physical therapy assistant and/or aide
- Communicate and interact with physicians, physician’s assistants and nurse practitioners
- Assist in clinical training as necessary and when appropriate
- Maintain overall cleanliness and standards of the practice
- Perform any other tasks related to administrative or clinical duties
Licensed Physical Therapist Qualifications:
- Must be Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of CA.
