Job Overview
- ONE-ON-ONE CARE MODEL (1 Patient every 60 minutes)
- NO MORE THAN 8 PATIENTS PER DAY

Duties
- Assess patients’ physical conditions through comprehensive evaluations, including mobility, strength, and functional abilities
- Design and implement individualized care plans utilizing evidence-based
- Provide hands-on therapy sessions to improve movement, alleviate pain, and restore function
- Educate patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention strategies, and self-care techniques to support ongoing recovery
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Stay current with advances in physiotherapy practices related to geriatrics, and specialized areas like sports medicine or orthopedics
Skills
- Proven experience in orthopedic outpatient setting
- Skilled in developing effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs across diverse populations including active adult and geriatrics
- Proficiency with EMR systems for documentation and patient record management
- Excellent patient care skills with the ability to motivate and educate patients for optimal outcomes
- Familiarity with discharge planning processes and collaboration with healthcare team
Pay: $50.00 – $55.00 per hour
