We’re seeking a dynamic Physical Therapist to provide orthopedic and aquatic therapy services at our central Maui locations and outdoor, heated therapy pool. Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $91,000–$100,000+ annually

What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions
- Provide aquatic therapy, post-op care, chronic pain support, and sports rehab
- Develop personalized treatment plans and educate patients/families
- Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure the highest standard of care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- Graduate of an accredited PT program
- Licensed or license-eligible in Hawaii
- Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Self-starter with a heart for high-quality, personalized care
Bonus if You Have:
- Experience in orthopedic, aquatic, pelvic health, neurological rehab, vestibular or sports medicine
- Leadership aspirations or experience (opportunity for interim manager role)
