We are currently hiring a Physical Therapist to join our growing Saint Augustine team.

Responsibilities
- Develop individualized evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide high-quality one-on-one physical therapy care
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate closely with teammates
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and referral sources
Preferred Experience
Experience in any of the following areas is welcomed:
- Outpatient orthopedics
- Manual therapy
- Post-surgical rehabilitation
- Vestibular and balance rehabilitation
- Fall prevention
- Sports medicine
- Pain management
Experienced PTs and motivated new graduates are both encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Florida Physical Therapy license or eligibility
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Desire to grow clinically and contribute to a positive culture
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation range: $75,000 – $105,000 based on experience
