CSO Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused full-time Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient rehabilitation team in Thornton, Colorado.
Located within the Center for Spine & Orthopedics, our clinic provides comprehensive orthopedic, spine, sports medicine, and post-surgical rehabilitation services in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Our therapists work closely with physicians and clinical specialists to deliver individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that help patients restore mobility, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions for orthopedic, spine, sports medicine, vestibular, and post-surgical conditions
- Deliver hands-on manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise programs, functional rehabilitation, and patient education
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
- Accurately document evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in EMR systems
- Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, wellness strategies, and recovery expectations
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment
- Contribute positively to clinic culture and support team initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Current Colorado Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Open to active/pending state board licensures and those sitting for their board exam in the next six months
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Passion for helping patients achieve meaningful functional outcomesThis position requires a background check upon acceptance.
