Overview
Physical Therapist – Concierge Sports, Orthopedic and Human Performance Practice Jobs in Harrison, NY at Zone 5 Health
Zone 5 Health is a concierge orthopedic, high-level sport physical therapy, and human performance and longevity company. We deliver true one-on-one, with a focus on quality and high-touchpoint care — a model built around optimizing outcomes, not patient volume.
Our clients include high school, college and professional athletes, elite middle-aged focused on optimizing performance and longevity, and high-performing corporate and country club athletes who expect — and deserve — the highest standard of care.
Why This Role Is Different
Through our strategic partnership with Athlete Evolution, physical therapy and high-performance training live under one roof. You’ll work alongside strength coaches and performance specialists to take clients from rehab through return-to-sport and into long-term performance.
You’ll have access to advanced assessment and training tools most clinics don’t offer, including:
· VO2 max testing
· RMR (resting metabolic rate) testing
· Body composition testing
· Force plate analysis
· Blood flow restriction therapy
At Zone 5 Health, we also have medical practitioners on staff, allowing us to order blood work, conduct comprehensive bio and genetic assessments, and prescribe peptide and hormone optimization protocols — layered alongside best-in-practice rehab and performance protocols for optimal outcomes.

· Proven experience and PASSION for orthopedics and sports medicine
· Personal background in athletics preferred. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and human biology.
· Desire to be part of an evolving business with significant room to grow
Compensation & Benefits
· Salary + Revenue Share + Opportunity for further compensation tied to the value you provide — a model with far more earning potential than traditional PT!
· Direct mentorship from a residency-trained, dual board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS)
· Health benefit reimbursement
· Retirement account contribution
· Continuing education budget
· Generous paid time off
· Professional development time built into your schedule

· Utilize advanced assessment and training tools — including VO2 max testing, RMR testing, body composition testing, force plate analysis, and blood flow restriction therapy — to guide clinical decision-making and demonstrate value to clients
· Collaborate closely with strength coaches and performance regarding integrated care of patients care continuum
· Coordinate with on-staff medical practitioners on integrated care plans, including bloodwork interpretation, bio and genetic assessments, and peptide and hormone optimization protocols where appropriate
