A reputable and highly regarded Physical Therapist owned Outpatient/Sports Physical Therapy clinic is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist (PTLA welcome) for Full Time, Part Time or Pier Diem employment.
Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
- Patient Care…
- Evaluate, assess, develop and adjust an appropriate physical therapy rehab poc
- Provide rehabilitative Physical Therapy using hands-on therapy, exercise, stretches and physical therapy devices to treat the patient’s condition
- Document, chart and provide progress notes to the patient’s physician
- Supervise aides
Requirements:
