Schedule:Monday–Thursday | 32 hours per week
Compensation:$30–$35 per hour
4-Day Work Week | No Fridays | Outpatient Private Practice
Established podiatry and sports medicine clinic in Sugar Landis seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)to join our growing foot and ankle rehabilitation program.
This position offers a predictable schedule, lower daily patient volume, and a collaborative clinical environmentworking directly with a podiatric physician and under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Schedule & Patient Volume
- Monday – Thursday only (No Fridays)
- 32 hours per week
- 10–12 patients per day
- No evenings
- No weekends
This role offers an excellent work-life balancecompared with most outpatient therapy clinics.
Conditions Treated
You will primarily treat orthopedic and sports-related foot and ankle conditions, including:
- Plantar fasciitis
- Achilles tendinitis and tendinopathy
- Ankle sprains and instability
- Post-surgical foot and ankle rehabilitation
- Sports injuries of the foot and ankle
- Balance and gait training programs
Responsibilities
- Implement therapy programs developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Provide therapeutic exercise and neuromuscular reeducation
- Guide patients through strengthening, stretching, and balance protocols
- Monitor patient progress and communicate with the PT and physician
- Document treatment sessions accurately and efficiently
- Help maintain a professional and positive therapy environment
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a PTA who enjoys working with motivated patients in a private practice environmentand has an interest in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation.
Preferred background:
- Outpatient private practice experience
- Sports medicine or orthopedic rehabilitation experience
- Experience treating foot and ankle conditions
- Strong patient motivation and education skills
New graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.

- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)in Texas
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently within a team-based clinic environment
