We are looking to add an assistant physical therapist to our Foxboro location.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Assist patients through therapeutic exercise, functional movement training, manual therapy techniques, and neuromuscular re-education.
- Work with orthopedic and sports medicine patients recovering from injuries and surgery.
- Support athletes with return-to-sport progressions and performance-based rehabilitation.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and home exercise programs.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate findings with the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Complete accurate and timely electronic documentation.
- Collaborate with an experienced team dedicated to delivering outstanding patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current Massachusetts PTA license (or eligible for licensure).
- CPR certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for orthopedics, sports medicine, fitness, and helping active individuals achieve their goals.
- Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
