Physical Therapist Jobs in Arvada, CO at Arvada Sport and Spine Group

Looking for a clinic where you can practice physical therapy the way you were trained?

If you’re passionate about orthopedic care, enjoy solving challenging cases, and value working alongside other experienced healthcare professionals, we’d love to meet you.

At Arvada Sport & Spine Group, we’ve built an integrated practice where collaboration isn’t just a buzzword—it’s how we care for patients every day.

Our team includes physical therapists, medical providers, chiropractors, and massage therapists who work together to help patients recover from injury, reduce pain, and return to the activities they love. We believe patients receive the best outcomes when experienced providers combine their expertise instead of working in isolation.

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist who enjoys clinical problem-solving, values lifelong learning, and wants to practice in an environment where their professional judgment is respected.

What you’ll do

  • Evaluate and treat a wide variety of orthopedic and sports medicine conditions
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practice
  • Use manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, patient education, and functional rehabilitation to maximize outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, chiropractors, and massage therapists on complex cases
  • Help patients return to work, sports, and the activities that matter most to them
  • Build lasting relationships with patients through exceptional care

What makes our clinic different?

We’re intentionally building the kind of practice where clinicians enjoy coming to work.

You’ll find:

  • A steady flow of orthopedic and sports medicine patients
  • An established, respected practice with an excellent reputation in the community
  • Opportunities to continue growing professionally
  • A supportive environment focused on patient outcomes—not unnecessary productivity metrics
  • Providers who genuinely enjoy working together

  • Is curious and committed to continual learning
  • Enjoys working as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Communicates exceptionally well with patients and coworkers
  • Takes pride in delivering outstanding patient care
  • Wants to build long-term relationships with patients and colleagues

New graduates with strong clinical skills and a desire to learn are encouraged to apply, as are experienced therapists seeking a collaborative practice environment.
