Physical Therapy First has an opening for a full-time physical therapist. Our practice provides outpatient physical therapy to a diverse patient group, which includes providing physical therapy to local college / university athletes in Baltimore and learning/using one-on-one advanced manual therapy techniques. The position entails providing patient evaluation, development and administration of a treatment plan, documentation and communication with physicians and other referral sources and clinical guidance to non-professional personnel. Physical Therapy First has Maryland’s first accredited residency program (American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists) which includes 150 hours of one-on-one clinical mentoring by board-certified Orthopaedic Specialists (OCS).
Qualifications:
- Must have a DPT from an accredited Physical Therapy program and be licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Maryland
- Excited about orthopedics.
- Strong manual therapy skills.
- A focus on superior patient outcomes is a must.
