An Intra-Disciplinary Model
You’ll work closely with top orthopedic surgeons, PAs, PTs, OTs, and PTAs in a care model that emphasizes continuous learning and a deep respect for each discipline’s own scope of practice through journal clubs, bi-monthly lunch and learns, open dialogue, protocol/guideline refinement and much more.
We Specialize In:
- Sports medicine, orthopedics & post-operative rehab
- Foot & ankle, knee, hip, shoulder, elbow/ hand care
- Return-to-Performance programming
- Customized care for athletes and active individuals of all levels
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid Virginia Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
- Passion for orthopedic and sports rehab
- Commitment to teamwork and personal growth
- Open to both new grads and experienced PTs
