Responsibilities
- Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Design gym and exercise routines tailored to patient goals and diagnoses
- Conduct comprehensive wellness assessments
- Implement therapeutic interventions including exercise prescription, manual therapy techniques, trigger point therapy, and therapeutic modalities to reduce pain and improve mobility
- Monitor patient progress and document responses to treatment accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while ensuring safety and comfort during all treatments
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Treat a diverse patient population including orthopedic, geriatric, pediatric, and sports medicine cases
Qualifications & Experience
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for licensure)
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and evidence-based physical therapy techniques
- Experience with manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and orthopedic rehabilitation preferred
- Ability to develop and implement individualized care plans for diverse patient populations
- Prior outpatient orthopedic or sports medicine experience is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
- Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a collaborative healthcare team
