**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess expertise in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
**Responsibilities:**
– Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
– Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to promote recovery
– Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques
– Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
**Qualifications:**
– Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
– Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
– Anatomy and physiology knowledge
– Proficiency in patient care across various demographics including geriatrics, orthopedics, and neurologic conditoins.
