As a Physical Therapist (PT), you’ll play a vital role in bringing hope, healing, and independence back into the homes of those we serve. With nursing oversight on every case, you’ll have the confidence and support to provide the highest quality care.
Pay Rate:
$100 for routine visit
$110 for eval/ re eval
$40/hr for training, and travel time
What You’ll Do:
- Assess, evaluate, and create care plans tailored to each client
- Help clients improve mobility, strength, and independence at home
- Educate families and caregivers on care techniques and safe practices
- Collaborate with physicians and the care team for the best outcomes
- Empower patients to achieve their highest potential every day
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Arizona (Master’s Degree required)
- 2+ years of therapy experience (home health preferred)
- A passion for compassionate, high-quality care
- Dedication to BrightStar Care’s Core Values: honesty, accountability, passion, and excellence
- Multiple locations – Scottsdale, Glendale and Mesa area
