We are hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient orthopedic opportunity in Springfield, MA. This is a strong role for a therapist seeking a stable clinic setting, strong earning potential, and the ability to focus on quality patient care in a supportive environment.
The PT will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions while building strong relationships and helping patients improve mOur Clientlity, function, and quality of life. What You’ll Do
Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Help patients improve mOur Clientlity, function, strength, and pain management
Provide ongoing reassessment and adjust treatment plans as needed
Document visits, progress, and treatment plans accurately and on time
Collaborate with the broader clinical team to support strong patient outcomes
What We’re Looking For
Active Physical Therapist license
Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
Strong evaluation, treatment planning, and patient communication skills
Comfortable working in a clinic-based, team-oriented environment
