Now Hiring: Physical Therapist (Chelsea & Manhattan Locations) Prestige Health and Wellness is seeking a licensed and experienced Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. You’ll work with a diverse patient base across vestibular, neurological, orthopedic, and sports-related cases. We’re looking for someone who is not only skilled, but also deeply compassionate and confident delivering personalized care through therapeutic exercises and manual therapy.

Role & Responsibilities
- Consult with patients to understand their physical condition and symptoms
- Diagnose movement dysfunction and create personalized treatment plans
- Instruct and counsel patients on therapeutic exercises and care plans
- Show empathy, compassion, and respect for individual differences and unspoken needs
- Recommend care modifications and options to ensure ongoing progress, comfort, and safety
- Apply the latest research to reduce symptoms, restore function, and prevent injury
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of care
- Think critically when evaluating patient conditions and developing plans of careTrack progress, performance, and outcomes through detailed patient records
- Collaborate with the team on patient status and ongoing treatment plans
- Uphold all professional and ethical standards
- Stay current on best practices and emerging physical therapy techniques
Skills and Experience
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
- Prior experience in outpatient physical therapy settings
- Strong foundation in physiology, therapeutic exercise, and manual techniques
- Hands-on experience with functional training and physical modalities
- Clear and effective communication and instructional skills
- Strong documentation and healthcare administration abilities
Pay: $100,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
