As a physical therapist on our team, you will maintain professional discretion regarding patient management, treatment approaches, and scheduling availability while collaborating with our practice to serve patients seeking high-quality orthopedic and sports rehabilitation services.
Services Provided
- Perform physical therapy evaluations and re-evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical judgment and evidence-based practice
- Provide skilled physical therapy services for orthopedic and sports-related conditions
- Educate patients regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
- Maintain timely and compliant documentation within the clinic’s electronic medical record system
- Communicate effectively with referring providers and other healthcare professionals as appropriate
- Deliver care consistent with all applicable professional standards, state regulations, and payer requirements

Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Current Idaho Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Experience treating orthopedic and/or sports medicine populations preferred
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
