Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Education Teacher at Beacon Academy in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Physical Education Teacher will be responsible for designing and implementing a well-rounded physical education curriculum, conducting sports coaching sessions, and promoting physical fitness among students. Daily responsibilities include teaching physical education classes, organizing sports activities, assessing student progress, and encouraging teamwork and healthy lifestyle choices. The role also involves contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's sports programs.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Physical Education and Sports Coaching (Football / Basketball)
- Experience in Curriculum Development and Education methodologies
- Strong Teaching skills to engage and inspire students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field
- Familiarity with a variety of sports and physical education activities
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff
- Prior experience in an international or multicultural educational environment is a plus
