Searching for a FT pre-k through 12th grade physical education teacher/athletic coordinator
We are seeking a pre-k through 12th grade teacher/athletic coordinator for the 2026-2027 school year. We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic, enthusiastic Christian who loves children and who feels called to Christian education. An ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility, creativity, initiative, a teachable spirit, organizational skills, and a positive attitude. We require all of our teachers to be followers of Jesus Christ and have accepted Him as their Lord and Savior. They will move our core values forward throughout the program, encouraging good sportsmanship and respect to others. As the athletic coordinator, they will give leadership to our new PIAA sports programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging physical education curricula that promote fitness and healthy lifestyles among students.
- Coordinate and oversee athletic programs, ensuring compliance with school policies and regulations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all students participating in sports and physical activities.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills and development.
- Collaborate with faculty and parents to support student-athletes’ academic and athletic success.
- Provide a learning environment where faith and sports are intertwined.
