Free training and certification provided for hires. Strong summer income ($16+ per hour) for teens 15+ comfortable in the water. Hiring runs through spring; certifications are scheduled in March–May.

- Pass swim qualification (300yd swim, 2‑min tread water, 10ft brick retrieval)
