Position: PERSONAL TRAINERS
MASSAGE THERAPIST – CONTRACT POSITION Job Summary
Ola Fit For Life is actively seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Registered Massage Therapist to join Team Ola Fit For Life on a contract basis and build their practice in the Cloverdale area. You will be part of a customer‑focused team that creates a judgment‑free, safe and comfortable space for members to achieve their fitness goals. The role offers competitive compensation, a brand new treatment room with equipment and supplies, ready to start clientele and many client referrals.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional member satisfaction
- Analyze, consult and perform massage treatments in a professional and comfortable setting
- Perform deep tissue, sports and Swedish massages
- Ensure the room is cleaned after each treatment and at the end of each shift
- Hold clinical responsibility by completing paperwork/reports, especially dealing with ICBC and WorkSafeBC
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience is preferred
- Graduate of a College of Massage Therapy diploma program
- Registration with the provincial Massage Therapists’ Association
- Previous practical experience with MVA/work‑related/sports injuries is strongly preferred
- Willingness to develop a practice within our facility while improving own skills and knowledge
- Caring nature, works well with others and independently
