Flexx Personal Training is an industry leading FIVE STAR RATED fitness company. We have 9 locations across the Chicagoland area and we’re looking for a Coach to join our Glenview location!
*Compensation & Benefits of the Position*
- starting salary: up to $60,000 based on experience and credentials

JOB DETAILS
Here’s what your role will look like:
âž” Coaching: You will coach 25-28 hours per week and be able to make a serious impact in the lives of your clients every single day.
âž” No sales: Our trainers do no sales on the floor. You don’t have to get your own clients, and you especially don’t have to have those awkward sales conversations on the floor. We want you to focus on what you do best and to coach.
âž” A career: We have trainers that have been with us for 10+ years. We are growing within our company & give you the opportunity to grow personally and professionally!
âž” A part of the Flexx Team: We have some of the best trainers in the industry. You are going to work alongside them and be able to learn and interact with them on a daily basis.
âž” Money: The fitness industry is inconsistent with schedules and pay. Not here. You will have a set schedule with guaranteed hours and wages.
