Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals achieve their fitness goals through personalized training programs and guidance. Duties:
- Provide personalized fitness training sessions to clients based on their individual needs and goals.
- Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions, ensuring proper technique and safety during exercises.
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and overall wellness to support their fitness journey.
- Motivate and inspire clients to stay committed to their fitness routines and make positive lifestyle changes.
- Monitor clients’ progress, adjust training programs as needed, and provide ongoing support and encouragement.
Requirements:
- Personal Training Certification is preferred, we do provide education to help individuals interested in becoming certified who are not already.
- Previous experience in a health club, gym, or related fitness environment is preferred.
- Strong sales skills to promote fitness services and attract new clients.
- Knowledge of body mechanics, physiology, and program design.
- Background in physical education, sports coaching, or related field is advantageous.
- Ability to conduct group fitness classes effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and provide clear instructions.
- Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals and lead a healthy lifestyle.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 – $36.00 per hour
