Responsibilities:
– Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to understand clients’ goals and fitness levels
– Design personalized workout programs tailored to clients’ specific needs and goals
– Instruct clients on proper exercise techniques, ensuring safety and effectiveness
– Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability to clients throughout their fitness journey
– Track clients’ progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed
– Educate clients on nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits
– Maintain a clean and organized workout environment
Requirements:
– Bilingual Spanish-speaking highly recommend
– Certification in Personal Training from a recognized organization
– Strong knowledge of body mechanics, anatomy, physiology, and program design
– Experience in sales or fitness sales is preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their goals
– Previous experience in group fitness or sports coaching is a plus

Pay: $30 – $35 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
