We are seeking a passionate and certified Personal Trainer to join our team. If you have a strong background in fitness and enjoy helping others achieve their health goals, we want to hear from you.
Duties
– Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate clients’ current fitness levels
– Develop personalized exercise programs based on clients’ goals and abilities
– Instruct and demonstrate proper techniques for exercises
– Motivate and support clients to reach their fitness goals
– Monitor clients’ progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed
– Provide education on nutrition, lifestyle, and overall wellness
– Maintain a clean and safe workout environment
Experience
Required:
– Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics
– Experience in program design and personal training
– Familiarity with health clubs, gyms, or sports coaching
Nice-to-have:
– Sales experience in fitness or personal training
