Personal Trainer – Gloucester, FWC
Position:
Permanent, Full time. Salary: £28,421.12 up to £36,745.28 OTE depending on experience.
Role Overview
As a Personal Trainer at Nuffield Health you will work with members to help them achieve their fitness goals while enjoying a supportive and growth‑oriented work environment.
Responsibilities
- Have full access to Nuffield Health’s range of services.
- Connect with and motivate members to reach their fitness goals and maintain a healthier lifestyle.
- Deliver a variety of sessions and consultations with confidence.
- Carry out high‑quality inductions, Personal Best programmes, group and personal training sessions, and general gym duties.
- Maintain a professional and approachable attitude, reflecting the charity’s values.
Qualifications
- REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above).
- Qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer.
- Current CIMSPA membership at Personal Trainer Practitioner level.
- Strong communication skills, confident, outgoing, approachable, ambitious and caring.

Salary & Working Hours
Salary is based on a 40‑hour week, made up of 32 hours on the gym floor and 8 hours of PT sessions. As your client base grows, you can reduce gym floor hours to maximise PT earning potential up to £36,745.28 OTE. During probation a minimum of 24 gym floor hours is guaranteed to ensure a minimum salary. Earnings increase as you establish PT clients, with PT sessions on a sliding scale – the more sessions you deliver, the greater your take‑home earnings.
