Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for a Personal Coach at EMS Body Fit Egypt. The Personal Coach will be responsible for providing one-on-one coaching sessions tailored to individual client needs, setting and tracking fitness or personal development goals, and designing customized programs to achieve desired outcomes. The role also involves monitoring client progress, offering motivation and encouragement, and maintaining effective communication to ensure a positive coaching experience. The coach will work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality services and foster client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Skills in Personal Coaching, Life Coaching, and Coaching
- Expertise in Personal Training and Sports Coaching
- Ability to develop customized programs and strategies for individuals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and engage clients
- Relevant certifications in coaching or personal training
- Passion for fitness, personal development, and client success
- Experience in fitness, wellness, or life coaching environments is a plus
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and professional coaching environment
