Description
As a Personal Assistant at Foster + Partners, you will be a trusted partner to Senior Partners and project teams, playing a vital role in keeping the studio running smoothly. This is a fast‑paced, people‑facing position where your organisation, judgement and discretion will be valued every day. You’ll be at the heart of a creative environment, managing priorities, solving problems and enabling senior stakeholders to focus on design leadership.
This role is ideal if you want to:

- Take ownership of diaries, meetings and complex travel with confidence and autonomy.

What you will bring to the team:
- Seamless coordination of meetings, events and presentations.
- Clear, professional communication on behalf of senior leaders.
- Efficient handling of correspondence, expenses and documentation.
- Discretion and calm under pressure when priorities shift.
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a PA or similar role.
- Strong background in complex diary and international travel management.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
