Position Overview
Elite Performance is looking for a driven and growth-oriented Personal Trainer to join our team. This role involves more than leading sessions—it calls for someone skilled in relationship-building, client acquisition, and contributing to overall sales success.
Trainers will have the chance to grow their client base through structured lead systems, consultations, and team-driven initiatives, all while delivering results that reflect Elite Performance’s high standards.
This role starts with an hourly onboarding period and transitions into a commission-based structure designed to reward performance, effort, and client growth. Trainers begin at $15 per hour, with the potential to earn $100,000+ annually through strong results and client development.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement safe, effective, and personalized training programs
- Perform fitness assessments and consultations to understand client goals and design tailored plans
- Generate new business through outreach, referrals, and converting leads
- Achieve or surpass monthly sales and retention targets to support overall club success
- Maintain consistent communication and accountability to drive client progress and satisfaction
- Develop strong, lasting relationships that enhance client retention and experience
- Collaborate with team members to foster a high-energy, results-driven culture
Qualifications
Required
- Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, NSCA, or equivalent)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Genuine passion for fitness, health, and helping others achieve their goals
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous growth
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field
- Prior experience in personal training, coaching, or sales
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance
- Frequent movement, including walking, bending, and demonstrating exercises
- Endurance to lead multiple training sessions throughout the day
