As we continue expanding nationally, we are looking for ambitious individuals who are passionate about fitness, events, marketing, and community building to help scale HYFIT Games across the country.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in HSR, Bengaluru.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube,
and other digital channels.
• Drive registrations and participant acquisition for HYFIT Games events.
• Manage audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign scaling.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and key marketing metrics.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to develop ad creatives and landing pages.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
• Track and report campaign performance, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and registration numbers.
• Support CRM, email marketing, and marketing automation initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with reporting tools.
• Knowledge of tracking pixels, conversion attribution, and marketing funnels.
• Experience in sports, fitness, or event marketing is a plus.
Success in This Role
Registration targets achieved with improving CPA and ROAS.
