About Push

Push is a specialist technology and ecommerce business working with cycling brands and retailers.

We operate across three connected areas:

Push Frontier – our bespoke software development arm, building custom applications, ecommerce solutions, B2B platforms and digital tools for bike brands.

Push  - our ecommerce platform built specifically for independent bicycle retailers, built using years of insights and data from cycling consumers.

Push Marketing – our performance marketing services division, helping cycling brands and retailers grow through digital marketing, via Google and Meta Ads, digital merchandising, email marketing and campaign creation and delivery.

We are now looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join Push Marketing and help deliver measurable commercial growth for our clients.

The role

This is a hands-on performance marketing role for someone who understands ecommerce, digital campaigns and the realities of selling products online.

You will work with bike brands and retailers across a mix of marketing activity, including email marketing, campaign planning, ecommerce trading, SEO, digital merchandising, Meta advertising, product data optimisation and performance reporting.

You will be responsible for turning client objectives into clear, practical marketing activity, then measuring what worked, improving what didn’t and helping clients make better commercial decisions.

This role would suit someone who enjoys being close to the detail, understands the importance of good execution and can translate marketing performance into simple, useful recommendations.

What you’ll be doing

Planning and managing performance marketing activity for Push Marketing clients.

Building campaign plans around product launches, seasonal moments, promotions and trading priorities.

Managing day-to-day marketing activity across email, ecommerce, SEO, digital merchandising and campaign support.

Working with the Google / Microsoft Ads Manager to align paid media activity with wider campaign goals.

Planning, briefing and managing email marketing campaigns.

Reviewing ecommerce sites, product pages, collections and customer journeys to identify improvements.

Supporting SEO and search visibility work across product, category and content pages.

Helping improve product data quality so client ecommerce platforms are cleaner, easier to use and more commercially effective.

Preparing clear performance reports and turning data into practical next steps.

Working closely with the Push Marketing General Manager, Digital Marketing Coordinator and wider Push team.

Building strong working relationships with cycling brands and retailers.

What we’re looking for

Experience in performance marketing, ecommerce marketing, digital trading or a similar role.

A strong understanding of ecommerce and how digital marketing activity drives revenue.

Working knowledge of email marketing (Klaviyo), campaign management, SEO, paid media and merchandising.

Confidence working with marketing and ecommerce performance data.

Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities and campaigns at the same time.

Strong attention to detail and a practical, organised way of working.

Good communication skills, with the ability to explain performance clearly to clients and internal teams.

A proactive mindset – someone who spots opportunities, flags issues and suggests improvements.

A solid understanding of AI tools, including LLMs (we primarily use Claude)

Experience in cycling, retail, sports, outdoor or specialist ecommerce would be a big advantage.

You’ll do well here if you are

Commercially minded and focused on results.

Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving business.

Interested in ecommerce, digital performance and customer behaviour.

Happy being hands-on rather than purely strategic.

Good at balancing creativity, data and execution.

Naturally curious about what makes people buy online.

Excited by the idea of working with bike brands, retailers and cycling-specific ecommerce platforms.

Why join Push Marketing?

This is a chance to join a specialist business with deep knowledge of the cycling industry and a growing performance marketing division.

Push Marketing sits at the intersection of ecommerce, product data, digital marketing and cycling retail. You will be working with clients who need practical, commercially useful support – not generic marketing theory.

You’ll have the opportunity to help shape how Push Marketing delivers performance marketing services, work closely with cycling brands, including Specialized, Trek and Pinarello, and retailers, as well as playing a direct role in helping clients grow online.
